I wash my face twice a Day, but it takes forever to Clear up?
I Use Neutrogena face wash, with Warm Water. I have been washing my face twice a day for months but my Skin still is Not completely clear. I really want the Porcelain-looking skin. Are there Any Other affordable remedies Out there that Work relatively quickly? Please and thank you!
In addition to the face wash, you should use a toner and a daily moisturizer. This will help balance Your skin's pH and moisturize it, leaving it happy 
Exfoliate your skin twice a week to wash away Dead skin Cells.
Maybe every other week, try doing a mask. Go to the drugstore and find some Good Products!
If that doesn't work, try switching to maybe a stronger System.
