The experiences you have completely depend on the group that your join. My team members and director are there for me all the Way! I meet with them once a week, but I have the option to go to the meeting Room Any Day of the week! Our prices are actually Very reasonable! If you buy the Miracle Set you are Only spending about a dollar a day. If you buy the next set up you are spending about $1.50 a day on your Skin care. You spend More than that on coffee everyday. Also if you compare it to Target or a department store we are actually very Cheap!
Product Wise we are earning award after award for the new products for age fighting that we are bringing to the market. What is nice is if a customer doesn't Like something she Can get a Complete refund or an exchange to a different Color if they want! I personally have Seen an amazing difference in my skin. Wrinkles are disappearing and my skin is firming up!
Recruiting wise, I actually recruit completely new people. I would like to keep my customer Base! So I Work the malls and coffee shops to meet new ladies with a want to sell!!
For customer service I usually meet with the customer for the first facial, then again for a follow up to do Colors. The Second visit is when I Check up on them to Make sure they liked what they bought before. After that I give then a call about every Three months to make sure they are satisfied and see if they need refills. I also like to send Out Birthday cards and Anniversary Cards, for those that I know. I like to make my Business more personal!
I wouldn't change a thing! I love my team and everything I sell. I love that I am helping Other women feel Good about them selves, and because there is a Mary Kay charitable foundation, that helps with Domestic violence situations and any kind of cancer that effects women. I love Mary Kay!
