What iron Setting do you Use to apply an iron on number?
I'm trying to Attach an iron on number to my hockey Jersey. It was previously applied, but I washed it and it started to Come Off. It seems Like there is still some of the Glue, or whatever causes the number to adhere to the jersey, on the Back of it where it came off. What temperature setting on the iron should I use? Any Other tips?
This has happened to me before. I just put the iron on a low setting. Then I put wax Paper on Top of the Shirt and then covered the wax paper with a towel. Why did I do this? Because if you iron Straight on the number it will melt Not Only on the iron but All Over the place.
I could be wrong but this is always How I do it for myself with iron-on things Start coming off. Another Tip to prevent this From happening again: just wash it and Air Dry it. The reason for the cracking is not the Washer--it's the dryer with all of the Heat. Best of Luck!
