Bolt Cutters - Would it go through Wheel clamp Chains?
Does anyone know if this bolt Cutter will go through chains typically Used for wheel Clamps? Or would a bigger Tool be required?

You need a bigger Pair, Like a 48" bolt cutter. Better to buy a Battery Grinder and Grind the chain into.
