What are the number of Pages One could Save in XL and How to limit the pages by changing to Other format?
Without realising, More than 6 Pages have been entered into a XLS document. Unable to Print more than 4 Pages and other pages are being Left Out. How could one get All the Pages Printed for Hard Copy of the Document.
Open the Excel Doc.
Goto > Page Break Preview
iF excel SAYS "WELCOME TO PAGE BREAK PREVIEW"
then don't click ok instantly, first click on "Don't show me again.." and then click on OK Button
Now you Can see some sections having "White" background
and some sections of document having "Grey" background
Those having White background are Printed.
Those Pages in Grey Background ARE Not PRINTED ,
EVEN IF you Select them and print "selection".
Now , You can also see Page numbers.
