How do you picture scenes or things in Your mind?
When I exercise my imagination, it is easier for me to hear me Running my mouth than it is for me to picture something. If I relax, images eventually Come to mind.
What I'm asking in this question is what methods do you Use to deliberately imagine something or Draw a mental picture?
I think a Lot of it depends on if you're a visual person or Not. Personally, I am highly visual so it's Very Easy for me to Close my eyes, Block Out noises, and mentally become focused. I was taught how to do this through biofeedback for migraines, i.e. visual imagery. I will grasp information faster with a picture than through auditory methods.
