How Can i get release From my previous Company and Work to new company?
I started Working on my present company last July 2007 holding visit visa, i got employment visa November. Can i get release from them without getting Any ban? I want to work to a new company offering me better opportunity.
You have already violated immigration regulations by Job hunting and working while you were on a tourist visa. Now you want to play fast and loose with the law again?
To get a new employment visa, Your new employer has to apply for a new employment visa for you. The existing visa will be automatically cancelled. You Must leave the US immediately upon cancellation of a work permit/employment visa. So if you are Not already Approved for the new visa and begin work immediately, you will have to leave the US.
Note that this will be your Second visa. You are allowed a Max of One visa of up to 3 years, plus one renewal of up to 3 additional years. So your second visa should be for a max of 3 years and not renewable.
