What are the laws regarding trading after normal Office Hours in a residential Building?
I live above a Small Business in an otherwise completely residential Area. The business below operates up to the hours of 10pm, which Can include groups attending sessions. The noise created is a distrubance to me. Because of the residential position of the property, (it is surrounded by houses on All Four walls), is this allowed or is a license or Special permission required.

Check they're paying business council tax on the premises. Report the noise nuisance to your local authority environmental dept.
