How do I get and surveying guy who took 750.00 and did Not give Paper I needed to Take to the courthouse.?
They Survey 2 ac and told me to send the money and they would Seen the papers I needed. I have been calling him and All he Saw is it in the mall. Well, just let me say if I lived in Japan I should have gotten by now.
Well if you paid him the $750 and that is the Full Cost of the services then you have Two choices:
1) You Can take the matter to Your local Small claims court where both of you will appear before a judge and he/she will Make a decision and take Action.
2) Send a copy of your contract, your cancelled Check, and a summary of your complaint to the State's licensing Board. They will investigate the matter and the Surveyor can actually lose his credentials Over the matter. This,however, takes Time. Usually about 6 months depending upon what state you live in.
