How much do land surveyors Make in Raleigh, NC?
We are thinking about moving to Raleigh and my brother has been a Surveyor for 10 years, he is a Project Manager at his Current Company making about $16 an Hour. Will he be able to make around the same amount in Raleigh?
If he has a license as a Professional land surveyor he should Not have a problem in making that salary. In fact it seems rather low.
For example, Out here in California a surveyor with a State license (Like a doctor or lawyer) earns about $40 to $60 Per hour when you factor in the benefits.
Contact the state Surveying society (google it for the One for North Carolina) and ask if they have Any recent salary surveys that you Can review.
