How Can you get "burnt on" Food removed From teflon cookware?
I burned some of my food the Other Day in my teflon skillet. It's on there pretty Good, and am trying to think of a Way to get it Off without ruining the "Non-Stick" Surface. Any tips?
De-glaze the Pan by adding a Shallow layer of Water and bring it to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon cream of tarter to the water. With an appropriate utensil loosen the the burnt on food as the water boils. Carefully Dump the Hot water Down the Drain (Along with the burnt crud) and then wash the pan as usual.
