How Can I keep shrimp From getting tough?
I Made some peel and eat Style shrimp to munch on yesterday for the fourth. I bought some Zatarans shrimp and crab boil and followed the Instructions for shrimp. I was supposed to boil for One Minute then kill the Heat and let it sit for about 20. I didn't let it sit because the Test shrimp I took Out was already tough after about 5 minutes. Can I get some suggestions as to how to avoid them getting tough for next Time? They were a Huge Hit, and I'm going to Make them again.
